HELL IS A SPIRITUAL PRISON
Make no mistake of it, it is, and, we are all in that prison to some extent, those lost parts of ours. You might say that it is unfair, like, if a child is abused, what chance do they have, to have parts of them get stuck down there? Well, who is that child, and what have they done in their past life? And also, what experience did they choose to have here, in this lifetime? This is a place of learning, of spiritual growth, we choose to come here to suffer, and learn how to get over the suffering. If you don't learn, then you keep suffering, that is the whole point of it. So that child might have done some bad stuff in a prior life, to deserve that kind of a start to this one, or maybe they simply chose to have that type of experience, to grow out of.

The laws of sin, which some refer to as karma, work in very precise ways. Our judicial system is a farce compared to how the laws of sin work. All exchanges on this planet are governed by very specific laws of energy and motion, nothing escapes detection, nothing escapes God, and nothing escapes the grasps of hell, Earth's spiritual prison. No one evades this law, nothing, not even a thought. All of your thoughts are monitored, everything, all feelings, all desires, all intents. You are not even aware of the majority of what goes on inside of you, but this system does. You cannot have one dream, one fantasy, that isn't detected, and weighed for you, or against you. This spiritual system, is just like a matrix imbedded into all matter and energies on this planet, and monitored by a super sophisticated A.I., documenting and categorizing all energy exchanges, bringing to attention anything important to those who monitor what goes on here. There is a whole team of people beyond our planet always watching over us, nothing evades their grasp.
For us, for you, what is important is how much of you is stuck in dark places. Trauma bonding is all about those lost parts stuck in hell, in the spiritual prison, and it is not a place "down there", somewhere, it is all around us, in us. And again, narcissists and the dark triads/spectrum folks, sociopaths, are some of the worst offenders. People who refuse to acknowledge what they have done, what was done to them, and how they are still very hurtful to those around them. They will do everything in their power to prevent you from leaving hell, from leaving that prison in which you are keeping them company. They are the most stubborn/serial offenders, and they will stop at nothing to keep you there with them, it is to their advantage, that is how they remain in power.
There are only two spiritual power sources here, God and his people, and love, and the devil and hell, and evil. Those who are on the dark side, it is in their best interests to keep hell very powerful, and they learn how to draw power from it, including taking ownership of people's lost soul parts. You lose power for every bit of trauma you have, wounds, unresolved pain, and there goes your love also, and your chances at getting out of here. The "God" in us gets stronger with love and presence, the hell in us gets stronger with fears, trauma, unforgiveness, anything that is evil, or not of love.
With love we become more whole and present, with evil we get more fractured and conflicted.

Trauma bonding is a cute kind of word considering what it actually is, and does to people. It is much more like a horrible hostage taking scenario, where those hostages, your lost parts, can be used against you to sin, to do evil things, to hurt others, to abuse, or to keep you in abusive situations. Imagine, one, or many, of a man's lost parts are used to physically beat his wife, when his true self is held captive behind a glass door, forced to watch the scene? This woman whom he would love, this man, in desperate need of love, and all he can manage, is to beat her, helpless to stop the abuse. And his wife, for all sorts of reasons of her own, remains there, also helpless to stop it? Those are the horrors of trauma bonding, and the hostage taking process, which is more like having some of our parts turned into zombies in a way, love deprived, and love depriving, entities roaming around in our world. Hell is breaking loose, evil is getting worse. We can't even hold a bank account now without the fear that someone will break into it, and steal everything we have worked so hard for. Our identity, our retirement savings, these evil infested people have even managed to figure out how to steal a person's house, for real, to take over a mortgage as official owners, and done, house gone!
And sorry to say, but with A.I., things will get exponentially worse. Scammers will not only be able to steal your identity, deep fake your own face, your voice, your history... The most secure encryptions are being hacked, nothing is safe anymore. Will the countries that are armed for nuclear wars be able to keep their arsenals from being hacked, and controlled by a guy sitting at home, at his laptop, binging on energy drinks and lattes?

Again, yes, suffering has a purpose, but it is not the suffering in itself that is the purpose, it is what you do to grow out of the suffering in a loving and kind way, that is the purpose, and that is the path to spiritual growth and maturity. And also, an important point many people miss, is to be able to understand what suffering actually is, and understand how much suffering people have without realizing it. Most of our suffering is under the surface, unknown to us, and we are barely aware of the tip of the iceberg of it, but that is where we need to start.
A human soul needs to go through a natural, safe, and loving process to mature, in the same kind of environment that supports the greatest aspects of love. Deeply trauma bonded people simply can't allow it. It takes years, decades even, of continual support and harmonious energies, complimentary exchanges, to achieve. Those little steps that one must take, must feel safe and secure to allow the vulnerability required for a soul to express itself, and wounded people simply can't accept seeing someone go through that process, without including them. Which of course will only fail, because no one can pull anyone else through that growth process. And wounded people, for the life of them, are quite intolerant to seeing anyone else achieve what they are not capable of, because they simply will not let go of the pain they are carrying. And again, narcissists are the worst of those clinging to their suffering, they will destroy any love they see growing around them.
So, being burdened with trauma, many lost parts, is a bit like the real you is in a coma, while your body goes around doing all kinds of crazy shit, but worse, because the real you is watching everything happening, like a big, long, train wreck, that never truly ends. True and deep spiritual awakening happens when you manage to rescue, heal, your many lost parts, and take full ownership of all aspects of your life, and of your body, your senses, your systems, memory, love.
And again, we are all in this together, there are no completely enlightened spiritual masters roaming around this planet as far as I know, so no one is truly awake. We are all asleep to a certain extent, and a lot more than most people would care to find out. And that is okay, accepting the truth, no matter how far it is from the reality we would prefer to experience, is part of growing up.

UNDERSTANDING HEALTHY BASIC NEEDS
To heal, to get those lost parts out of the hell they are in, you need to believe in yourself, and you need to believe in a power greater than you are. You also need to make certain that your basic needs are met in a healthy manner, coming from a source of love within you, and not from external things. All of those lost parts, not only do they not have their basic needs met, they most often don't even know what "healthy needs" are, and that is your job to teach them, and yourself.
When your basic needs are not met, which includes love, affection, healthy support and admiration for who you are, not just what you do, if you have a history of not having people there for you in healthy ways, from childhood, then it becomes very hard to believe in anything beyond what you provide for yourself. When you have those healthy things come from other people, as examples of love and caring, then you believe that great things can come from others, not just yourself. People who have a hard time believing in God, most often have a history of needing to rely solely on themselves, mainly, and without any trust that there can be consistency in receiving help and affection from others, which fosters lack of hope and faith, and lack of vulnerability and openness to life.

A person that has truly overcome their suffering in a healthy way, will do what they can to help people do the same. Immature people are those who enjoy watching people suffer, because they have suffered and they feel others should also, and that is the never ending cycle of death, and what keeps hell working at full capacity.
So again, healing starts with you, and it starts with your basic needs which include healthy and reciprocal affection and love with yourself and others, checking your whole history in relation to those things. And also about being seen and heard, appreciated for who you are, as a person, as a human being with needs and desires of your own. And making certain you are not surrounded only by people who simply like how you make them feel, or what you do for them. I have written my first three books without much mention of God, because I felt everyone should follow a healing path, even non-believers. And it is on this healing path, when done right, that people eventually start believing in something beyond them, a greater source of power and love, that is when you find your true self, your soul. And the whole idea of a soul depends on a creator, someone at the top of that source of spiritual energy, and the source of the love you can feel coming from an external place, beyond you, and beyond anyone else.

Those lost parts, you can think of them as stragglers and not enemies, not people to fear. They are parts of you, as people with their own desires and expectations, their own needs, who are not following "you", the main part that goes through the motions of life. Either because they don’t like “your” life, they don’t like your friends, they don’t like what you do for a living, they don’t like your habits, you are too lazy, or too much of a workaholic. Or maybe because you reject them, are afraid of them, or they simply can't find their way back to the light…
They are your lost sheep, and you are their shepherd, and you need to convince them to follow you, to participate in your life, to convince them that there is no life beyond the present. You need to listen to their story, learn about their history, why they are not following, hear them, support them, show them love, show them you understand, convince them that this is the best that it gets, for now, but you are willing to do more to create a better environment for you and them. Remember, many of them were abused, not supported, lied to, betrayed, cheated, ignored, rejected… What can you do to convince them that you, as their leader, will be there for them in ways that you and others were not there for them before?

Spiritual enlightenment is about wholeness, healthy community and bonding, full integration of the soul and all its parts. And that takes a lot of risks to achieve, a lot of trial and error, and a lot of suffering to overcome. A spiritually enlightened person is a person that has achieved something great within them, and their “good” does not depend on other people needing to be “bad”, and that is the hallmark of maturity. In a mature person’s world, everyone can be good, their views don’t rely on other people being bad to make them look better.
As opposed to most people’s views, that for them to have more, other people need to have less, they cannot see it any other way, and that is the hallmark of immaturity. That is how materialistic people see the world, because they are stuck in it. Mature people must align themselves with spirit, and in the spiritual world, resources are infinite, there are no power struggles, you accept things just as they are and are in need of nothing, because everything important comes from you, everything is shared equally according to the most just laws. If someone comes along and tries to thwart those laws, like Lucifer, they cannot remain in that system, they must be excluded from it, banned. Just as our lost soul parts, banned from Heaven, from the sight of God, and why we need to rescue them before we can return. And here we are, a bunch of people who cannot for the life of them accept their reality just as it is, people creating unjust laws, people thwarting all laws to their favor, chaos.

That is what a true leader does, convince more and more people that his/her best interests, are also the best interests of the multitude, and to fully demonstrate that his/her best interests, are truly good, and are not deceitful or misguided. A truly enlightened being of the order of God, would be able to march into hell, and come out of there with everyone following, putting all of their selfish needs aside, being led out, towards the light.
In a way, hell is a place of spiritual punishment for all the things people do here, and that they have not been punished accordingly for, to what they have done, and for as long as they refuse to accept the nature of their sins. So, it is not so much a place, but an energy field that surrounds and encompasses all of us. In this physical world, human laws, some get punished way worse, some don't get punished at all, for what they do. But hell works it out in the most just ways for everyone. Yet it is still suffering as long as we do not face it here, as long as we don't make amends and peace with it all. If everyone would choose to release all the suffering they held, and make amends, forgive and receive forgiveness, hell would be over and done with.

So, do you want to earn your way back to a place of love and order? It is in your power to do so, put your darkness aside, stop playing with it, stop allowing other people to keep you in it, learn what that means, and learn how to become a truly loving person wanting to help people grow love also!
