THE GOLDILOCKS ZONE
Yes, our planet is a rare thing in the universe, there are not many planets that are in just the right place, and the right size, at the right distance to the sun to support life, advanced life. It is a good place we are all in, unfortunately we are not caring for it properly, and we are doing a worse job caring about ourselves, and each other. There is a tremendous amount of work that goes into setting this place up to support life as we know it, to choose a species which will evolve to not only be the next dominant species, but one which will also inherit a soul that allows a much higher consciousness. To not only surpass anything a normal evolved animal could experience, but also get a chance at living outside of this place, in a far better world, much more advanced, and with far greater beings.
So, as such a rare thing in our universe, of course, any advanced space faring race would hunt for these planets at their first outing in deep space. Just like us, we know enough to know that only the planets within this Goldilocks Zone are likely to support life. And so it would be for any race more advanced than us, they would arrive at the same conclusion. The only way aliens would not have come to visit us by now, was if there was no race capable of space travel, meaning, no other race more advanced than us? What are the odds of that?

Authenticity is a gift rarely sampled, yet is the only way to live your life beyond the conditions imposed by the collective.
Earth is truly a prime piece of real estate, and like any prime real estate, it is heavily contested by those who have the means to access it, so of course any advanced alien race would hunt for all the habitable planets in the universe, to claim them, just as many nations would claim the moon. And by habitable planets, I do mean those that can grow life on them from the very beginning, which are more rare than planets we could colonize, like Mars. Earth is not simply a planet people can live on, it has the right conditions to maintain the growth cycle for millions and millions of years, so you can call it an "incubator" planet, not simply habitable.
God and his people fought, and earned, Earth, and are heavily invested in its wellbeing, and in our wellbeing. They hold this place for us, and protect it from others. And just like any prime real estate, it must be maximized to its fullest potential, nothing of importance is left at random. We are not owners of this planet, and it is a great privilege to get a chance to evolve on it. And we will not be allowed to ruin it, or linger too long if we fail to continue evolving in the right direction, it is too precious a resource to waste.
We are getting close to the time of harvest, and renewal. The whole point of this place is to evolve and mature souls, to develop a greater consciousness capable of making the transition from this life, to life living amongst the people of the stars. Again, similar to Star Trek, but much more advanced yet. That is what is being offered to us, those that make it will join the others who have crossed that great threshold. Those that do not make the cut, will unfortunately perish when this planet gets reset, and re-seeded, to grow the next generation.

This idea of spiritual growth and enlightenment that we are here for, it is not about being happier, have more friends, be more attractive or be a better lover. It is that, as the quote from Adyashanti, to remove from our being any darkness, any evil, anything that is not true, not authentic. There is a lot of misery in this growth process, and you must also understand, it is not about jumping up and down with such excitement, as if you just won the lottery, got your dream job, or aced an important test. It is a quiet joy, peace, being able to remain still in the worst of storms, and have strength when other's knees crumble. That is your reward, and it is better than any gold this planet has to offer, and leads to a yet greater existence on the other side of the gate.
Again, that is what this place is for, to develop and mature beings capable of joining God in a much greater world. Earth is too important to leave to people who refuse to put aside their differences, who refuse to grow emotionally and spiritually. It is not our world, it belongs to them, they have claimed it, and they are the ones responsible for evolving us beyond animals, into human beings capable of much greater feats than what we are currently doing with our lives. God and his people deserve so much more respect and admiration than anyone can provide. He is our creator, he manages a very complex set of energies that sustain this place, creating a very sophisticated energetic system that our spiritual beings are bound to, that is just and righteous, and provides each with rewards or punishments according to very precise rules.
